Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Management and execution of international, multicenter clinical studies, including study protocol preparation, ethics approval applications, and contract preparation
  • Responsible Project Lead for several clinical studies (mainly in Germany)
  • Oversees current recruitment status and takes appropriate actions to reach contractual milestones
  • Contact person for pharma partners
  • Leads all occurring activities of clinical study projects to ensure compliance with protocols, clinical objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Leads a team of 5-10 CRA's
  • Direct contact with recruiting centers and involved physicians
  • Direct communication with clinical study centers for operational, legal, ethical, logistic, and financial topics
  • Analyzes clinical study data and reports them internally and externally
  • Attends scientific meetings and conferences
  • Supports development of study designs, reports, protocols and publications
  • Maintains the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) to ensure proper documentation of all study processes

You have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Thorough track record in health care/life sciences with a MD or PhD degree
  • Good experience in managing clinical studies, ideally in observational, non-interventional studies for at least 3 years
  • Solid expertise in working within regulatory and legal frameworks
  • Distinctive communication and organization skills
  • Native german speaker or C1-Level
  • Fluent written and verbal English skills, any other language is a plus
  • Experienced in team leading
  • Stress-resistant personality with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proactive hands-on mentality
