Your key tasks will be:

Responsible of managing CENTOGENE´s CentoCloud® branded SaaS (Software as a Service) business in Europe and support the Regional Managers in the European markets with your in-depth knowledge and understanding of how to commercialize a bioinformatics and medical interpretation solution to rare disease centers.

  • As solution specialist promoting and supporting sales of CENTOGENE’s CentoCloud® offering
  • Increasing Regional Managers’ knowledge of SaaS platforms and regulatory environment
  • Planning and implementation of sales/legal/regulatory activities to onboard customers in routine setup
  • Active management of existing and potential strategic/scientific partners
  • Managing relationships with key opinion leaders in the diagnostics of rare hereditary disorders
  • Identify opportunities, implement an action plan to drive and accelerate sample and revenue growth
  • Customer relationship management via SalesForce CRM
  • Collection of market intelligence and competitive information
  • Planning and implementation of Marketing & Sales strategies for CentoCloud® , collaboration with RM´s
  • Representing CENTOGENE at conferences and target group gatherings
  • Budgetary planning of revenue and local pricing, continual evaluation of results
  • Directly reporting to and coordinating with next-level regional or global leadership

You have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A university degree in biological sciences or the equivalent thereof. PhD degree on bioinformatics or AI is a plus
  • Further background in genetics, biology, laboratory medicine, medical technology, bioinformatics
  • Professional experience in the field of biotechnology and bioinformatics (molecular diagnostics, medical laboratory diagnostics and/or pharmaceutical market), supporting complex diagnostic products, SaaS
  • Profound understanding of methods used in the field of modern human genetics, rare and neurodegenerative diseases and NGS offering
  • Ability to comprehend complex regulatory environments and find solutions
  • Experience working with hospitals, clinics and prescribers of genetic testing, and sending tests abroad
  • Native from home country and excellent English and another major European language skills are a plus
  • Strong communication skills and negotiating ability
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and experience in handling complex accounts
  • The means to work independently, oriented towards performance and results
  • An interest in selling products that are novel and making a difference for patients and their families
  • A solid grasp of scientific and medical concepts, terminologies and procedures
  • Willingness to travel within the territory or internationally
