You will be responsible for:

  • Position is located in the CENTOGENE US laboratory
  • Customer Support is the initial contact person for physicians, patients and clients and must be able to communicate clearly and in a polite, friendly and professional manner in all contacts
  • Communicate with patients and doctors regarding test ordered and collect required information
  • Work with verification of benefits provider to ensure timely pricing for patients
  • Interact as main interface in the company for reimbursement with Accounts Receivable, Customer Support and Verification of Benefits process
  • Follow up with patients to return specimen collection kits
  • Close collaboration with the logistics coordinator
  • Document sample/case related information in LIMS system
  • Demonstrate to clients the additional value from Centogene services and genetic diagnostics
  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate area

You have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years relevant work experience in a Laboratory environment
  • Hands-on experience as a clinical care provide & liaison between patient and HCPs beneficial
  • Experience working with benefits providers beneficial
  • Experienced in CRM and MS office
  • Efficient time management & fun in team work
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field
