Your responsibilities:

Manage ongoing clinical trial support programs to ensure that all project deliverables meet the partner’s time/quality/cost expectations.

  • Identify and evaluate fundamental issues on the project, resolve issues through interaction with both internal and external stakeholders and make good business decisions in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
  • Draft, review and obtain input on deliverables and report the information to program partner
  • Organize joint steering committees and regular exchange with operations, regulatory compliance and legal.
  • Forecast revenue expectations quarterly as well as budgets for clinical trial support services

Your profile:

  • BA/BS with a minimum with 5+ years’ relevant experience in pharma, diagnostic or life sciences program management (an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered)
  • Proven understanding and experience of working within clinical assay support services and/or clinical development, experience in business development in pharma is a plus
  • Solid understanding of how to craft and manage a project budget
  • General understanding of regulatory filing requirements for LDTs and CDx in support of investigational therapies
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills and experience with leading, liaising and coordinating cross functional project teams
  • Displays effective communication skills with a wide range of negotiation techniques
  • Flexible to travel extensively
