Your Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and conclude multi-disciplinary R&D projects
    • Set milestones, assess risks, and track progress
    • Resolve problems that arise during the project, identify, and mitigate potential risks or delays
    • Plan and organize the budget and investments for R&D projects
    • Communicate project status to management and partners, propose changes in project scope, timelines or plans if necessary
  • Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings
  • Coordinate efforts of scientists (genetics, metabolomics, cellular models, and bioinformatics) both with internal and external partners
  • Accommodate knowledge generation and method validation efforts to successfully develop new products

You have the following skills and qualifications:

  • University degree in natural sciences, pharmacy or related
  • Skilled in project management and experienced in cross functional project coordination
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage
  • Analytical thinking and a high sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work in an international environment
  • Keen attention to detail and quick grasping of complex projects
  • Enthusiastic team player with an accurate, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
