Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing novel bioinformatics algorithms for identification of novel drug targets using multi-omics data.
  • Multi-omics data (Genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics) analysis and interpretation with clinical datasets
  • Development of novel bioinformatics pipelines for identification of drug targets
  • Integration and analysis of phenotypic data
  • Statistical analysis and visualization
  • Close collaboration with AI and medical team; pro-actively driving further improvement to reach targets

You have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A doctorate degree (with +2 years work experience) or Master degree (with +5 years work experience in the field) in Bioinformatics, computer science or related field
  • Hands-on experience in analysis of multi-omics data (Genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics) 
  • Strong hands-on programing skills (Python, R, Unix, SQL, etc)
  • A proven track record of applying pathway and network analysis methods to investigate mechanisms of any disease
  • Strong interest in generating insights and drug targets for rare diseases or oncology
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, combined with good team spirit
  • Ability to set priorities, meet timelines and company objectives.
