Your tasks will be:
- Be the central contact person for the strategic relationship between our business units and the IT organization
- translation of the strategic requirements of our internal customers into concrete IT needs and coordinate these with the responsible service owners inside the IT
- committed to the continuous improvement and optimization of our service portfolio for the benefit of our customers and actively help shape it
- Together with our internal customers, you derive the IT requirements from process optimizations as well as new legal and statutory requirements
- translation and explaining IT capabilities for the benefit of the customer
- leading and managing projects together with the business units
- User support and problem solving in interaction with the implementation partners
You have the following skills and qualifications:
- Studies in business informatics or a related field
- Work experience of more than 3 years
- good knowledge of project management and business process optimization
- Solid technical understanding and ability to apply technical solutions to business problems
- good communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and engage with stakeholders at various management levels
- Analytical thinking skills
- experience with jira and confluence
- solid experience with common technologies like DBs, webserver, APIs and AWS preferred
- fluent english
